1. Which is the minimum age to attend the festival?
Is not necessary for you to be over 18. People under 16 will have to be accompanied by an adult responsible for them to be able to stay inside the Ciudad del Rock after 24h.
2. Is there a pass which includes more than 1 day?
No. The entry tickets are sold individually for each day.
3. What is the VIP area?
Is a unique experience, only for VIP.

The best place to enjoy all concerts. From here you have a wide view of the main stage as well as the whole Ciudad del Rock. All surrounded by giant screens to avoid missing any detail. Air-conditioned, with an spectacular and carefully designed terrace full of green areas. The stewardesses’ team, special animation of our sponsors and collaborators, and the presence of spanish business and social life personalities, make of this VIP Tent the most fun and exclusive private party.
4. Can I change or return the tickets I bought?
The entry ticket is only valid for the Festival “Rock in Rio Madrid 2012” for the day written in the obverse of the same ticket, not being possible for change or return after it has been paid.
5. Is the Festival accessible for people with disability?
The Festival has paid a lot of attention to the accessibility of the festival site and its surroundings. There will be specially provided areas from where to enjoy the different concerts and adapted toilets. The accessibility on the festival grounds is guaranteed thanks to the flat and even level of these.
In these high areas we will provide with access for wheelchairs and coaches for accompanists to rest.
6. Can I carry any digital cameras, video or audio recorders?
No. Is forbidden to take pictures or movies of part or the entirety of the Festival, with the use of video cameras, audio, or digital cameras.
7. Can I bring food and/or drinks into the festival?
No. Is not allowed to bring food and/or drinks into the Festival.
The Ciudad del Rock offers food courts with very similar prices to what you’ll find on the streets.
8. Are there any exclusive business packages?
